Order Tracking

You will be notified at various points throughout the process of your order status but you can contact us at any time if you have concerns or enquiries on the status of your order.

Order placement
A successfull payment and order page will be displayed when your payment is complete when you order online.
You will receive an email when we dispatch your impression kits. This will detail your order number.
You will receive your impression kits with a letter confirming your order and order number. Included will be a pre-paid return envelope to return your impressions and personalisation sheets. The personalisation sheets allow you to tell us everything you need to so we can create what you want us to, including engraving, type and positioning.

Impression Receipt
You will receive an email when we have received back your impression kits.

Order Completion
You will receive an email when we have dispatched your completed order - this will include the Royal Mail Special Delivery tracking number.
You will receive a letter with your delivery completing your order.

Should you prefer us to contact you via a method other than email - post, phone or text - then please let us know and we can do this. Please remember we can create further items from the prints we hold and then impression dispatch and receipt confirmation will naturally be omitted from the above process.
