Meet the Team

There is a small but dedicated team here at Tiny Treasures who all take great pride in the quality of the jewellery we help you create. We do not franchise or have anyone else make our jewellery, it is all created from start to finish at our shop, workshop and offices in Byfleet.

We have a permanent team of 5 at our workshop:

Hi I am Helen and the founder, owner and director of Tiny Treasures. I am a single mum of Lauren, my six year old daughter, the inspiration and reason for Tiny Treasures. I personally see every print and start the creation process of every single piece. I am also the one that does all of the engraving. I run the website and cover everyone else when they are off or through our regular busy periods. I design and create all the new products we launch every month.

This is Tracy, mother of two and longest employee of Tiny Treasures after Helen. Tracy works throughout the creation of your jewellery on various processes and she is responsible for all the packaging and making up of your final jewellery for dispatch. If you come into the shop Tracy may see you and if you are having a 3D casting done it will be Tracy that does it.

This is Caron who joined Tiny Treasures over three years ago. Caron loves her job and makes up all the kits we send out. Caron does all the antiquing and final polishing as well as our gold plating. Caron wants me to add a space on the personalisation sheets so you can tell us what the cryptic messages you ask us to engrave on the back of your jewellery all mean!!

This is Jeanean and she will quite often be the one you see in the shop, speak to on the phone or receive emails from if they aren't from Helen. Jeanean runs the office, dispatching kits, processing orders, stock control, dispatching final jewellery and handling your queries and questions. Jeanean also does all the shrinking of the hands and feet for making into jewellery.

This is Trish and she keeps the shop stocked and tidy and tries, around the rest of us, to keep the office and workshop tidy too!! Trish often calls you when jewellery is ready for collection or creates all the dispatch packaging for orders going through the post. She does all our filing and storing.
