For Jewellery Treasures

Normal ordering
Impression kits are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order/payment, usually within 1 if not the same day. We can dispatch to various addresses if required for an order.
Completed items are dispatched within 21 days (not including bank holidays, holiday weekends or Christmas Shutdown) of receipt of impression kits.
Delivery charge for normal ordering within the UK is £7.95 for orders below £150 or FREE for orders over £150. Delivery for International orders varies to the country.

Special Event Ordering
Our last order dates for special events are for normal ordering and as such provided your impressions are returned by the date we give you then you will receive your items by the special event date.

Urgent Ordering
If you require your order urgently for a birthday, christening or other special event then we are usually able to accomodate your requirements. We can shorten times when required with various options. Please email us or call 0845 458 4332 with details of your required delivery time and we will offer you various options to help you create your memories more quickly. There may be a charge depending on your requirements.

Normal ordering
If you have ordered handprint, footprint or fingerprint items and have purchased an inkless kit then your kit will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order/payment, usually within 1 if not the same day. We can dispatch to various addresses if required for an order.
Completed items are dispatched within 4-7 working days (not including bank holidays, holiday weekends or Christmas Shutdown) of receipt of your prints, artwork or sentiments.
Delivery charge for normal ordering within the UK is £3.95 by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery. Delivery for International orders varies to the country.

Special Event Ordering
Our last order dates for special events are for normal ordering and as such provided your artwork, prints or sentiments are returned by the date we give you then you will receive your items by the special event date.

Express Delivery
If you require your order urgently for a birthday, christening or other special event then we can offer an express service to dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of your artwork, prints or sentiments. There is a charge for the express service of £5 per item and we recommend you select Special Delivery so your items will be with you within 3 working days of receipt of your artwork, prints, text and requirements.
