When do we collect personal information?

Visitors may choose to submit personal information online to enter contests, to obtain information or submit a comment, to register for Friends of Tiny Treasures, Recommend a friend, sign-up to the customer newsletter, or to place an order. We may also obtain contact lists, demographic, and other information from other sources. For the convenience of our customers and to better serve you, we combine the data. • We make a special effort to advise children to get parental permission before providing information or ordering anything online, and urge parents to supervise their children's online use. Purchase of products

Order creation and tracking

An order contract between you and us is created when you place the order for your products and confirm the order at the point you pay through Sagepay or Paypal at the end of the checkout process. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email with your order number when your impression kits are dispatched. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Impression Kit(s). You understand when placing your order that standard delivery is 21 days (excluding bank holidays and any seasonal shutdowns as detailed on this site) from our receipt of useable, in our opinion, impressions. You accept a delay in delivery or inability to meet a deadline if you place your order and we receive your useable impressions with less than 21 days (excluding bank holidays and any seasonal shutdown) to your deadline.

Order cancellation or returns

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you return completely your unused impression kits with a cancellation letter. Your purchase will be refunded in full minus a charge of £7.50 for admin and/or dispatch of impression kits. If impression kits are not returned then we reserve the right to charge an additional £3.50 per impression kit.

As your order is completely personalised you may return for a refund completed Products only if the item is faulty or personalisation details do not match those provided by you. These products are hand made and each one is as individual as the fingerprint is showcases. We can make anything to your requirements however specific requirements must be made clear on return of your impression kit and consultation will be made with you in the unlikely event your requirements cannot be met. If no specific requirements are given then Tiny Treasures has complete liberty to place the print and/or wording in whatever format wherever seems most appropriate to Tiny Treasures and you accept that when placing your order.

All items are made from pure silver, pure gold or pure silver plated in pure gold unless otherwise stated. You should be aware that these precious metals in their purest form are softer than say Sterling silver or 9ct gold as these have impurities added to make them stronger. As such over time these items will wear more quickly than their less pure counterparts. Functional parts requiring hard wear and the items the fingerprint parts are attached to are made from their stronger counterparts such as jumprings, cufflink backs, chains, tie slides, brooch backs, bracelets etc.

For rings you are responsible for using the simple measuring device sent with your impression kit to measure your finger. We will then create your ring to that size but you must remember the rings are made of pure silver or gold and as such are soft and liable to thinning through wear. Finger size also varies throughout life, with weight gain or loss and at different times of day and weather variations.

Replacement products for faulty or incorrect items are provided under further consultation between you and us.

International Orders

International orders are accepted from certain countries and ability to place your order will be limited to those countries. We dispatch impression kits with a pre-addressed envelope for return of completed impressions but it is your responsibility to meet all postage and customs costs and requirements for their return to the UK. Any postage charges, customs charges or any other charges that become payable by us through you returning your impressions without complying with these requirements will require you to pay them. Any cancellation of your order at that point will be refunded minus the charges applicable above (under the cancellation section) and also any outstanding customs or postage charges.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct. We aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, but the information appearing on this Website at any particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Gift Vouchers & Promotional Discounts

Gift vouchers are sold under the terms and conditions detailed on the reverse of the voucher which include that they may not be exchanged for cash or to purchase a further gift voucher. They may be used in Full or Part Payment towards any purchase off the website or in person but not transferred for cash.

Coupons, discounts, Friends of Tiny Treasures payments and promotional discounts offered by Tiny Treasures Gifts Ltd are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via tinytreasuresgifts.co.uk or in the shop and only one can apply to a single purchase, unless otherwise stated.
